Justice Gorsuch warns that an ‘explosion’ of new laws could hinder Americans’ freedoms

I have a cousin who is a law practitioner, did his clerkship around the same time as Gorsuch, and knows him- I think they lived close to each other at one point.
My cousin said years ago that Gorsuch is a genuinely good man, very much a pro people person- no putting on airs, at all- believes in fairness.
He may be the most solid justice on the panel up there. I hope he lives a long, healthy life.

Branches of government are making laws that do not have the constitutional right to make laws. Like the ATF made a law about pistol braces and bump stocks. Congress didn't make that law the ATF did. When did they become lawmakers? The problem is the government is in the game for itself not the people. We need term limits for the house and senate

The problem is not only federal, it also includes these little local gov't agencies calling themselves "Authorities" that tax and fine to the point of extortion. It's like a virus and it's spreading to non-gov't entities as well. (Example: HOA's)

Look at the "Free" state of Florida for an example of this. Voting has consequences. One party is trying to strip your rights and the other is trying to solidify them.
