I buy a bag of the frozen pepper and onion mix and divide it into portions and add cheese, mushrooms and sometimes cooked sausage to each baggie. I pull a baggie out the night before my husband wants to take it to work and add eggs to a microwave container and he essentially makes this same thing at work. These store bought ones are incredibly convenient though and a good way to try out and see if it’s worth a little work to save a ton of money. Great review as always

I bought this today on sale for $2.50. I added 2 eggs and cooked it 2 minutes total. The potatoes were soft and eggs were firm. I think adding some salt before it cooks would improve it, but sodium might be an issue then.

Good rating. Ore-Ida should have had more veggies and a larger cup to put it all in so the cheeses would not have thickened things up so much.

I've had one of these before but watching this review made me realize that you're basically buying a tiny bit of cheese and veggies, which gives me pause. I won't likely buy these again.

Not for me with all the packages to open and plus having to carry an egg to add. I'd just get a breakfast sandwich or burrito. Thank you Kevin.

Great concept. So much plastic waste and they are pricey.

Try using a frying pan and another YouTube recipe for real cooking, and save the environment and wildlife from yet more completely unnecessary plastic waste. It will also cost a lot less.
