Kerbal Space Program 2 will be releasing in Early Access on February 24th, 2023, for an introductory price of $49.99. The game will be available on PC only during Early Access, on the KSP website, Steam, and Epic Games Store.

Can't wait to play. KSP1 was amazing and KSP2 will hopefully learn and improve while using new possibilities!
Also can't wait to see what chaos will result from having a bunch of mods while playing with friend when multiplayer drops!

KSP 1 is one of my favourite games, I grew up with it was the first thing that ever got me interested in rocket science. I could not be more excited for KSP 2, and I can't wait to see what the future of that game is like. Don't let us down!

the ship on 1:08 is pretty damn smart design, it's ion powered, spins up to simulate gravity at the tip of the truss, has a nuclear reactor at the other tip to keep the crew safe but also power the engines

Been playing since 2012-2013 and I can't wait to see kerbal space travel with all the tech improvements we've gotten over the last decade. From all the marketing, it really does seem like the dev team has put their all into this game.

I will be moving to PC for KSP 2, but I wanted to thank the developers for the support that they gave consoles players with the release of the Enhanced Edition. It brought the game back to life for me! You have inspired multiple generations with this masterpiece.

It’s strange to me that nobody else seems miffed at them releasing it barebones, with almost none of the promised features. Yea I know it’s in early access, but I waited three and a half years because I was promised next gen space technology, not just a shinier more polished version of KSP1.
I guess people are just glad it’s coming out at all. For all our sakes, I hope early access doesn’t last too long.

edit: well, I think now that the system reqs are out pessimism is gonna become a lot more normalized.

5, 000+ hours in KSP1. I am literally taking a week off of work for the early access launch. Vacation for normal people - travelling, camping, seeing the sights. Vacation for me? Cooped up for a week in my house, living like a cave dwelling creature subsisting on pizza and energy drinks while having unplanned disassembly after unplanned disassembly. I absolutely, positively cannot wait!
