I think SCP-000 is what "WE" have created. It's the reality of the SCP universe; it's the fictional universe created from the collective minds of the wiki. It was born from nothing, and is thus unable to understand what's going on. It's basically the Azathoth of the SCP series. Everything that is and ever will be is contained within it. Thus, it cannot do nothing but exist in perpetual loneliness as we continue to expand and add onto its fictional existence. In a way, it's a chained Atlas holding up the world, unable to observe the very thing it helped create.

I did some digging, and by some I mean not much at all, and I think there is an answer to what it is. So, the person she is acting as is basically a creature that travels around in technology and it got itself in the foundation database, which is mostly empty, but some bits of information was around, which was the grotesque things it saw. It got used to living there, but soon grew bored and miserable in its empty life. So it cried for help which made the SCP-000 file screw up to get the attention of the foundation. The black entity that it talks about is probably Researcher Rosen which is the one that stopped the repair tickets out of the SCP-000 part of the database. So, the true identity of SCP-000 is for now unknown because of the creature corrupting the file.

I have a theory about 000, you find this note as white text on a white background on a page that should not exist, a white room, no walls, horrible things which should not exist. What if SCP-000 is SCP as a concept? It’s trapped within the white, endless walls of the pages of paper or the website, nobody really knows what exactly the Foundation is, because it does not have meaning, and the SCPs are the creatures that should n it exist. Not all SCPs have explainable origins, such as 343, so it’s logical that the black being may simply be 106 or another SCP. It’s as if somebody with no knowledge as to what SCP is was suddenly thrown into it, not understanding why they’re there or even where there is

Side note: it also reminds me vaguely of 2 other things, the game Pneuma: Breath of life, and the scene involving Super Buu and the Hyperbolic Time Chamber from Dragonball Z.

Love it. Supposedly, 000 is a Pattern Screamer. A creature that not only comes from outside our universe but it doesn't exist. But it does? They come from an existence that seems to be just concept. So where does the physical (or pack there of) embodiment of a universal anomaly land in our universe?
The place where they keep anomalies. Like there was no other way it _should_ happen.
