As someone who lives in the Philippines and it's hot all year round, I'd say layering is equivalent to a death sentence.

Me personally, I'd have to go with autumn since I'm obsessed with sweaters over anything else.

Also, speaking of temperature, it's perfect. It's not too hot or cold so you can be flexible with wearing sweaters normally without sweating buckets.

Where i live. Spring is the best, not too warm or cold and its usually dry. Autumn is alot more rainy and you will need a raincoat

Look I see where your coming from but really it depends where you live or where you are (holiday, vacation whatever) like in WA summer is the best time for fashion in my opinion.
