TAX MOBILIZATION AND INCREASED CAUTION ON PUBLIC EXPENDITURE EMPHASIZED

Ministry of finance and economic development is to adopt a strategy of enhancing tax mobilization and increased caution on public expenditure to have a sustainable debt and reduce on borrowing.
Officiating at the opening of the annual debt and development policy dialogue in Kampala, the permanent secretary ministry of finance and economic development Ramathan Goobi said they want to be able to finance the debt to be able to remain with enough money to invest in other things.
