Hi, I was wondering if you might be able to tell me why on cool mode, it never shuts off? Shouldn't it turn off when it reaches the correct temperature? It does not, just stays on. The auto mode doesn't work at all

Thankyou so much for this video. I thought that my aircon wasn't working properly because my filters needed cleaning. Went to check my filters and it was working fine I just needed to know how to use the remote properly and this video has done but that ☺️

I am going through hell, lol. I don't know what I did, but it's not cooling correctly, may I send u an image of my remote for feedback? Where the temp is showing 72 degrees, there is also the powerful icon in this degrees box, I'm not sure if that's good or bad or how to get ride of it. I would appreciate your help thanks
