In Mexico we use it a lot, in very different presentations. As ointment, as homeopathic pills, as tea, even distilled with alcohol and applied topically on the skin. Thanks Dr. Idriss! 💖

In Homeopathy, Arnica is also given for the energetic and emotional side of the trauma. Because often with any traumatic event ( a shock, loss of loved on, fear after accident, to much mental stress, nature desaster etc.) you tend to withdraw yourself energetically (also from your body) So in order to ground into the body, feel safe again in your body again, Arnica is given.

Arnica is very prevalent in a Slovenian household. My father brought it with him to the US and we always had it around growing up. Side note: my depuffer is two stops away from my house! Can’t wait to try it!

I use Arnicare on roascea and perioral dermatitis! Also have a body oil by Instituto Espanol! Works like a charm! ❤️ARNICA!!

Arnica cream or gel is a must have.
Look for the 90 or more %. It's often used to treat horses legs. 👍🏻

Arnica can be found in any health store or better Grocery Stores ( Whole Foods, etc) in the USA. I keep it on hand for a variety of maladies.

Our grandmas would make arnica and alcohol rub for any injury or muscle pains. It’s a wonderful plant.
