He took Olivia's advise.. she was one who told him to get Layla a gift and tell her exactly how he feels. That is exactly what he did... to her! 😊 I loved it!!

❤️I always thought that nothing could top this moment in 3x07 Love Confession because it's just so beautifully done, except the fact that Liv left, so now after 4x07 I can definitely say this has tied in with 3x07 for me. 4x07 Confession completes 3x07. They were open and vulnerable with each other and Liv admitted to Spencer and the audience that it was love at first sight! These Spelivia moments are top tier.😩❤️

And Layla didn’t care about Live’s feelings she pushed herself on Spencer & things got away from him for a minute, when he collected his thoughts? He knew he had to make his move!!! Perfect timing 💜💝💙

The confession was everything and him giving her that necklace plus the kiss was the sweet icing on the cake. Spencer was miserable until Olivia showed up. I loved that even though Spencer said he was broke he came up with the money for Olivia's necklace. I wish we got to see Spencer going back to get the necklace. This was making me cry tears of joy and it's always gonna be one of my favorite spelivia scenes. The songs that play during spelivia moments is everything just like their chemistry 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 It was love at first sight but Spencer just didn't realize it. Liv should've confessed you could see the hurt in her eyes and in her voice. BUMP LAYLA AND ASHER 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 SPELIVIA DESERVES HAPPINESS. Liv is so selfless but she gotta be selfish sometimes. The same thing goes for Spencer.

So I had go rewatch this episode before I commented.
Spencer took Liv's advice and use it on her. She told him to take charge which he did by telling her how he truly feels about her. She told him to buy a gift which he did. He gave her everything she asked her.

It was Spencer's confession for me, you could see it came from the of his heart. His acting was top notch 👌👌👌. I cried for him 😍😍

We all thought they may have slept together over summer but this was so much deeper! This man gave her a full fledged love confession that made all of us hyperventilate 🤣🤣🤣 in the moment. This episode was emotionally devastating in the moment she ran 🤣🤣. We was all just as f* up as Spencer.

I have a love/hate relationship with this episode. Love that Spencer finally voice what he was feeling and what Liv was feeling since Day1. Hate that we still had wait to get Spelivia, had to see him w/Layla and her w/Asher. Only on TV because in them streets they would have been upstairs in them sheets. But I must confess that I have watched this episode so many times and love the music.
