Manchester United have the second highest net spend on transfers in the last 5 years. When I hear Mark say that United can't spend big like Man City and Chelsea, it's laughable.
Chelsea have burned a billion pounds just to get worse.
Man City rarely get a flop signing such as Phillips and Rodwell. Man City bought Jeremy Doku, Haaland, Dias for less money than Antony, Hojlund and Maguire.
