I like your use of 1/8" ply for the dividers, sensible choice and the curve you cut into the dividers is quite pleasing to the eye and I'm sure help a bit in retrieving tools.

The 1/4" drawer bottoms also make sense when items bring stored are not to heavy.

Xue, love your trailer and great ideas. Did you ever think about contacting FastCap to sell the idea from your printed cross member organization. I don't have a 3D printer nor the knowledge how to make this. I would definitely buy that.

Awesome... good ideas here as I get ready to do my 6 x 12 trailer. One take away is the toe kick to allow 4 x 8 material. the other is the plastic dividers made on a 3D printer. What size is your inverter and battery for your solar?
