Every tower has a limit for its users. Before when you check at the store theres available spot for 5G home internet. Probably it reach the limit now Thats why when you check the coverage is no longer available on the website. Wait for the tower upgrade 🫢


Much better to call the customer rep. If you went to the store they will not tell you, they will trick you haha they are there to sell.

Here in Los Angeles is perfect. I was an early adopter and locked in $25 per month. I'm getting 500 ish downloads speeds

Regarding in this kind of issue, we highly suggest to call TMobile technical support in that way they can fixed and run some analysis on the area as well.

Mine works great in my truck and in fact I went looking for a hot spot at the t mobile, told them I was a trucker and he suggested the 5G.

They actually have a plan thats called AWAY and its unlimited for people who are truckers and RVers’s

The ONLY thing I can give credit is they "throttle" you down to like 128k which is like 1997 internet speed won't even let you do a google search.

BEFORE cap i downloaded about 25gb in 9 minutes. At that rate you could burn your entire month in less than an hour...

Fast internet is worthless if you are limited on data. Whoever came up with the cap should be fired. Hell even comcast had a 300gb cap back in the early 2000s

Just not worth it in my area, 1gb fiber for 70 or 50 for T-Mobile home internet. Pretty lame

I'm a trucker, I've been using it for a while but yes that's in the terms but I told the guy I was using it in my truck and so far so good.

It's a good thing that I switched to AT&T Fiber cause they are more stable than 5g home internet.

My T Mobile home internet is great and I'm saving close to 90 dollars a month

I don't know why yours did not work, I have had it over a year now and I just did a speed test and I got 305.777 Mbps and uplink 21.261 Mbps.... It is working wonderfully.... Every now and then I might get an issue, but it's just like any other service... I am not capped and I have the internet run at least 16 or more hours a day... between entertainment and studying.... Oh and it's 8:45pm and it's great... sorry you didn't have a good experience.

when you live in an area where no cable companies have coverage. you can’t get directv or dish either have no other choices. going try t mobile. live in country and have no neighbors or even traffic on the main road.

I tried it a year ago. I learned that it didn't work on my laptop running Linux operation system. I canceled mine within a week.

Yep had tmobile wifi it was trash they wasn't even 3 qtr of a mile away in hiram ga and no service smdh
