I got clean off heroin in 2003 and haven't picked up the needle until this day by the grace of God. This song has so much meaning and feelings that I can't describe in words. My mother tells me every time she hears this song she cries tears of joy because her son finally got his shit together and the words .." this is the smile I've never shown before"... Bec now I'm able to smile and all the struggle we thought was in vain....Aarons lyrics have gotten me through some really fuckin DARK times in my life. Can't wait to see them for the 6th time this yr at Sonic!!

I saw them live at edgefest Dallas in 2006 (maybe 2005?). This song was the single greatest live performance of my life. No cell phones, just amazing music and a great crowd. What I would give to go back and experience that day again.
