It raises the question: why can't we direct funds towards actual sleeping bag companies to produce more efficient, noiseless sleeping bags that are easy to roll up and pack away?

I believe every homeless individual should be provided with a rucksack, a proper tent, a sleeping bag, cooking supplies, and MREs. These resources are available and should be distributed without requiring such extreme innovation.

It's unfortunate that we are allocating billions to non-Americans, while our own citizens, many of whom have experienced traumas, are left to fend for themselves on the streets. They are forced to resort to using chip bag sleeping bags, while immigrants, who may have been homeless in their own countries, are treated with great care and respect upon arrival in ours. This disparity is difficult to comprehend.
