Intellectual Property In A Post Brexit World

Our panel consider the impact that Brexit will have on various aspects of intellectual property, from the cloning of European trade marks onto the UK register to the continuing work of UK-based Chartered Patent Attorneys in Europe. Patent work will not be affected by Brexit because the European patent system is not governed by the EU.
