Full interview: US Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland

Sky’s US correspondent Mark Stone discusses the ongoing Ukraine-Russia situation with US Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland.

It follows talks this week aimed at easing tensions between the two countries.

In the interview, Ms Nuland accuses Russia of setting up so-called “false-flag” operations within Ukraine aimed at providing an excuse to invade the country.

Thousands of Russians troops are currently amassed on the Ukraine-Russia border.
