King Boo is not happy at Hellen for failing to capture Luigi before he leaves with the painting of Princess Peach and he decides to used her as bait to lure him into his trap. Leaving Hellen Gravely to guard the painting of Mario before she grows upset.

Bravery isn’t not having fear, bravery is doing something even when you have fear and Luigi’s Mansion proved that Luigi is the embodiment of bravery. He is more than afraid but he continues on out of his love for Mario and his own unrecognised bravery

Always preferred Luigi to Mario.
Also hilarious that for the Gamecube, Mario got a sentient squirt gun, Luigi got a extradimensional appliance that has the ability to devour extraplanar entities, yet still differentiate items of value. I think Luigi got the better deal.

And with "spooky-friendly" I mean that while there are ghosts, people's trapped in paintings, etc., almost nothing actually scares you.

It's kind of funny how almost everything is so big at that hotel XD! I mean, Luigi is 1.75m tall so there's no way he's almost the same size of his pillows or has to jump to open the toilet haha!

I think the original Luigi's Mansion on Gamecube got just so much praise that Nintendo decided to produce not just one, but two sequels so far. Now this Mario spin off based on Luigi has become such a popular and a fan favourite that I doubt this series will ever end. The two games were gold, but this one spanned a much bigger map and had incredible graphics. It also added so many new ghost types to the Mushroom Land legendarium and now stuff is happening out of Luigi's original mansion, which means elsewhere. I think at the time they never realised how good the original was going to be. Now this is a real specific series of games.

It's sad that GameXplain actually forgot about this game being one year old. And it's even more sad that Nintendo forgot about their own game. I hope Charles Martinet remembered about this game and is having a good time playing it

Fun game took me 23 hours and 48 minutes to beat it. The reason is. I was getting every gem and boo without looking up any guides. Also an alternate title for this game should be Vacuum Everything Simulator. Because that is what you do to get pretty much every single item in the game.

In my opinion this series is the best spooky-friendly video-game series.
And with "spooky-friendly" I mean that while there are ghosts, people's trapped in paintings, etc., almost nothing actually scares you.
