A lot of people are talking about mold but if it’s either a large area or you have a window open that mist is fine enough that it’s not gonna do any damage. That’s really not much water, it’s only going to mildly change the humidity anyways.

Climates like the US desert southwest would absolutely take advantage of this. Outdoor patio at a sports bar projecting the game and misting the seating area on a 90-degree night? You bet! Some places already have misters installed, and it's so dry that you don't have mold problems like people think.
