The con of falling off isn't really the case, it gets harder for AD shaco but he isn't bad, just not the god he is early and AP shaco actually spikes at the late game especially when you're preparing and setting up Baron / Elder

Half of the pros aren't even true any more, that was the case like way back. He isn't terrible early, but he is definitely not a god, ww, noc, seju, rammus, kha, rengar and so on all win early against you hard. The ganks are also not what they used to be even tho they can still be quite good depending on the lane match-ups, and his massive damage is insanely lacklustre compared to other assassins. Unless you are turbo fed, you won't one-shot or often not even kill a squishy. Especially with flash and maybe even a heal support, you won't solo kill an ADC if they aren't very stupid

By all means play shaco if he is fun to you, but he really isn't all that good if you haven't spent way too much time on him. I mean lad has negative wr at some points when he is the champ with the most one tricks per played game
