How to make Oxtails like a Boss

Oxtail cleaned with lime and vinegar and cold water

Habanero pepper opinional
1onion chopped
Kitchen bouquet browning
Marsala cooking wine opinional
5 green onions chopped
1green bell pepper
1red bell pepper
1box of onion soup mix 2 packets
1or 2 15 oz cans chopped tomatoes with juice
1 -32 oz beef broth
Maggi pollo or 2 chicken bullion
Sea salt pepper garlic powder parsley
1teaspoon Curry powder opinional
1teaspoon All spice opinional

Ingredients for rice
Rice pigeon peas 1can
Red beans 1 can
1can coconut milk
Rice
2 Tablespoons butter

Hi sweetie my name is mrs. Mary and I was watching this video, and when I tell you, you did an awesome job on those oxtails. Now I know I'm old enough to be your mother, but you have really brought this meal to the table, because you have used seasonings that I have never seen my mother use in her oxtails. I say that to say this, you never get to old to learn something new and better, and right now you have gotten me to where I want some of those oxtails, and that rice with coconut milk sounds really good, but I have never tried that before, I'm mad at you, and I don't even know you, but I'm on my way to the grocery store now to pick up everything I need and I'm going to let you know how it turns out. the Good Lord has really blessed is all! I bowed my head and said my own prayer today thanking him for bringing you and the talent and personality he gave you into my life. I love oxtails but my husband doesn't. But I work at an old fashioned meat market and we have beautiful oxtail. I have never cooked them because I have been unsure of flavoring them. I am considered by friends and family an excellent cook so I know I can get them tender but I would be heart broken if the flavor wasn't right after spending all the time with them. YOU HAVE GIVEN ME THE CONFIDENCE TO CONCURE OX!!!! There are a couple people at work who also love them so I am gonna get up early next Friday and make this meal so I can take it to work at 11am steaming hot. If I can convert it to a pressure cooker meal i am going to make it at work to serve as samples to customers!!!! 5 STARS AND I HAVEN'T EVEN TASTED IT YET! TYTYTYTY! 💘
