Spiritual and mental preparations are the most important, then knowledge, then physical, then material. When this does kick off you don't want to fall into depression and become useless. The old world is coming to an end, get your mind ready for that.

I'm almost 62 and I just found out my 39 year old son is smoking meth and his 13 year old daughter (who ge had full custody of) ran away and she was dropped off on the side of a road and she was suffering from alcohol poisoning. WTH is happening to our society! I have NO CLUE what to do.

I agree about the suburbs. The country does not allow anonymity…. “Remoteness” is NOT the same thing and can actually put a bigger target on your back. Looking at you, Holodomor….. A suburban home with a good privacy fence and some good micro-gardening is the way to go grey man.
