I had a candle that was a brown bunnie with a pink bow around its neck and had white/blue eyes and pink/white inside its ears…it also had a little black nose and whiskers made of clear, thin wax. The wick was directly on top of its head. I would put it out as decoration for Easter every year and then wrap it up in paper and pack it away until the following Easter.
When my son was 3 years old he was finally tall enough to reach that bunny as it sat on the entertainment stand in our living room.
I went to get laundry out of the washer and put it in the dryer and when I came back into the living room the bunny was sitting at the edge of the entertainment stand with a big bite out of its ears.
He thought it was a chocolate, Easter bunny. From that point on he wouldn’t eat solid chocolate, Easter bunnies. He thought only the hollow ones were “good eatin”. 😂😂😂
He didn’t touch another solid, chocolate bunny until til he was about 14 years old. 😮🤣🥰

I had a roommate once that lit a candle that had pieces of plant material in the wax. She accidentally left it lit and it almost burnt down the house. TL;DR: everything better be wax except that wic.
