Jeff Hardy never reached his full potential in WWE because of his vices but he is still one of the most decorated and iconic wrestlers ever. His world title feuds with Edge and CM Punk were awesome.

So when Jeff made his comment about wanting to give someone the same feeling that sting gave him as a kid, he did that exact thing for me a couple years back. I got the privilege to see the hardy boys face the ascension at an indie show in Illinois. After the Hardy’s won the match they gave a heartfelt speech and walked off into the crowd where they took the time to take pictures with basically everyone asking for them despite having a meet and greet a couple hours before the show. I specifically remember sticking my hand out and touching Jeff on his shoulder and he turned around and smiled and took a picture with me like it was no issue!!! I was 21 years old and it made me feel like I was 10 again

Jeff has always been the guy who has done exactly what the promoter wants him to do so to hear him say he’s pitched stuff, that he was ready to quit before the 2nd Darby match to work indies, watch freebirds stuff and seeing stuff he can use today like that’s so awesome to hear a guy like Jeff say shows how much he cares
