Hey Jp. Happy New Year. Oh wow. Unless I missed it, I don’t see stairs. This is 3900 sq ft on 1 level? Primary suite nice and private. Outdoor bath. The shower is amazing. Closet with soft close. Dining can even hold a larger table. Built ins are nice. Everything about the kitchen is massive. Built in desk area. Frosted door pantry. Just lovely. The game/den room is nice. First guest room with en-suite is spacious. 2nd guest spacious as well with en-suite. Yesss. Huge powder room. Ohhh. Large laundry room. Ok. Another guest bed 3 with en-suite. Any home above 3000 sq feet such as this should have all en-suite’s. Love it. Lovely covered outdoor kitchen and dining. Pool and hot tub and mini golf x2. Gotta play easy with those hills. Lovely home on one level. Orthopedic friendly. Love it. Thanks Jp and see you next video.
