I find it ironic that Vriska uses mind-control on Terezi because it's essentially using the Mind aspect against her to blind her with the literal embodiment of Vriska's aspect.

Terezi being a Seer adds to the irony. A characteristic of Seers is blindness while still being able to see more than anyone else. In stealing her sight she has enlightened Terezi.

Rewatching this years later I just realized that Aradia doesn't stop beating Vriska's ass until Tavros shows up so maybe seeing him is what causes her to leave rather than merely losing interest.

It's so insanely cinematic and soulful. homestuck is a silly story sure but it's more than that. There's 50 layers of irony but sure enough a sincere core of human characters that are weak and vulnerable and the story takes them seriously

I almost remember everything perfectly, Terezi tried to kill Vriska but only managed to mutilate her to which in revenge he manipulated Tavros's mind to be able to talk to the animals and control the lusus

Unlike Roxy's [S] Sleepwalk (sleepwalking due to problems that she represses, unlike the subconscious making her do things while she is asleep like saying or doing things asleep or as in her case: walking) Terezi towards sleepwalking by hypnosis from Vriska, She believed that her Guardian (her dragon Lusus) did not want to show her anything or did not have to see (Not in her dream self or on her planet), being blinded by the sun did bad as well (it was not an accident but because of revenge and her olfactory affinity improved for her dragon)
