400 gram of Rohu fish instead kf chicken = 76gram protien

500gram milk every day twice a day

30 gm moong, 30 gm chickpeas (raw weight then boil them) - in evening snack
2 roti, 300 ml skimmed milk or milk without malai and koi bhi sabji Jo Ghar pe bni h except potato
Total calories are around 1400 -1700 (according to how u make it
