Great Video. Thank you. I had to replace the gas valve in my Maytag dryer that was only 3 years old. I tried replacing the gas coils first, but that did not resolve the issue. What a hassle to replace the gas coils, put the dryer back together, only to find out that wasn't the problem! I am so glad you made this video. I'm not sure I could have replaced the gas valve without myself. My symptom was a loud buzzing sound when turning on the dryer and no heat.

You Teflon taped it backwards should be on clockwise
