Super fan of the whole series of zumba; step by step, ripped, rush, activate, mix, exhilarate, fitness concert.. It took me month and lots or cardio to keep up.. It's absolutely worth it, not only enhances body-mind health and wellness, it also promotes bone pliability and muscle elasticity.. I started doing Zumba just last week :) I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! And love doing this song on full blast :) Zumba defintiely made me realize that working out doesn't have to be running on a treadmill. I also always wear my heart rate monitor and when I'm done...I burn around 2, 000 calories :DDDD SO COOL!
