For the second coin I found the first of the three buttons easier to hit by jumping off the second-to-last step, waiting to hit the yellow jump pad, and then clicking immediately after

How to get the first coin easily: first mountain, don’t fly too high, the trick is, to tap the second time not at the bottom of the first mountain but at the second big spike! Just like he did in the video. Then you’ll fly further at the second gate, third tap at the “highest” of the upside down, last tap over the second mountain, make a bigger tap so you can reach the end.
Hope I could it explain right, the most important thing is the second tap.
