The dash pass give basically a year of progression onto your account so please take the skystones to buy it out even if you just started today. Just follow what I said and do your weeklies before spending any skystones for each week.

You can also buy moonlight summons for 100 sky stones each. It is definitely worth buying up to the 100 ticket mark (do the math by days, 5 per day left) past that its up to you if you'd like to buy up to the 150.
