-magic learning arc
-cursing/curing other empires (there's even a princess)
-collecting familiars
-decorating the swamp (flowering lilly pads, cattails, cute paths to avoid getting lost)

Ok so I have a theory. When everyone was in Fwhip's goblin cave and talking to them about the End being open, Shelby punched the ground. She usually does that when she's sad or nervous. Maybe she secretly went to the end?
Another theory: The Dragon isn't there since they killed it in the first season. The new dragon, Violet, is going to be grown up and will go to this universe with the help of Wizard!Gem. Since she can teleport to different universes. This theory isn't as accurate since nothing from s1 will appear in s2 but Jimmy said there would be multiple references.

Ik the past season isn't linked but: What if when gem left, she created a new school. As a test for their last year each witch is sent to rule over a biome like gem once did when she was younger as a test of their courage, heart, and, of course, magic.
