Congrats to Carlos... Loved Ilardi's run, and Ikeda was incredible too, they are just as deserving. However it was crazy that Ivan Monteiro did not get at least a 90 on his best run... At least. I've never seen/ heard judges get booed by a crowd the way they did today for scoring a run like that the way they did. Ivan deserved better, perhaps to even win the whole thing. Props to Carlos for hanging in there though, he def put it all together in this run.

I don't really like how tampa runs are judged, like if you miss one damn trick even if you did harder tricks after you'll still get a bad score, and doing a lot of easy tricks without failing give you a high score

Not sure how this got a 93, going this slow and doing 7 tricks? Jake and Daisuke's runs were harder and more exciting by a mile.

I miss the days where you had to flow and shred the whole park to win. Not skate from one side to the other with 1 trick in the middle.

Lol, i like how people are trying to judge these guys and saying Carlos didn't deserve 1st place. Anybody that says that doesn't know what there talking about. The judges are all legit Pro or Ex pro skaters and know what's up. Skateboarding runs aren't just Judged on 1 thing. There judged on Style, Difficulty, how well they can flow on the course (how smooth there runs are). and technicality.There are multiple aspects to Judging a contest.

Jake ilardi kinda deserved 1st. His energy of wanting it was just raining out of him every run. disappointed in spot but i know they do everything for a reason. cheers

Daisuke and Ilardi both were leagues above this run. Daisuke especially with how well rounded and technical he got using the whole course. It's a straight repeat of how Felipe got robbed last year. I generally love this contest & all, but there are some serious judging issues up in this mix.
