Insightful!
Karen please, could you do a video, on how a scrum master should be evaluated? I mean, what should be his KPIs.
Thanks in advance.

Absolutely right Karen, the wole point of the Sprint is havng a shipable or potentially shippable product at the end of Sprint. So if a story has not met the definition of done and only partially completed, it should not be accepted as done by the Product Owner but moved to either the backlog or the next Sprint depending on priority I'm a Scrum Master and i think 1 of the reasons that the developers like to claim partial credit is because they don't understand the whole purpose of velocity, some think it's a measure of their productivity. A good Scrum Master should coach their team to understand this. And yes vertical Slicing of stories rather than horizontal is the way to go.

Hi Karen! I’ve been a scrum master for a month and Im still struggling to understand the technical aspect of what my team is doing. Also, I find it hard to articulate and engage in conversations in the daily ceremonies. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do?
