There is no person that has ever existed that has the “knowledge, time, or ability” to truly see the world as it is and understand, let alone be wise enough to make the right decisions for humanity in the future. We are all finite beings in a universe of infinite things to notice and ideas possible. It is nothing but hubris to think otherwise, IMO

How about giving the control of data manipulation to each individual. He/She would be knowing how his/her data is used and he will have the right to stop the usage or even erase it altogether
