Unfortunately Volvo has since limited the top speed of its cars to 180 km/h or 112 mph In the U.S. Not sure about elsewhere.

My V60 T6 hybrid only goes up till 180, speed limited by Volvo....

Downhill or tuned, I have raced 3 v60 t8 and won all three times. A stock v60 t8 does 100-200 in about 14.5s.

How did you reach 250 km/h? I have an XC60 T8 2018 Business, and I reached 231 km/h and it wouldn't go any further as I know it has the limiter at 230 km/h... Did you by any chance remove the limiter yourself? Then whatever, of course the V60 is much lighter than mine.
