Overview of Warning Letters for Online Retailers Webinar

This webinar is designed to assist regulated tobacco industry by providing an overview of our warning letters and information on the process for responding to warning letters sent to online retailers. This program will also cover FDA’s surveillance and monitoring of tobacco products that are generally found on the Internet and in printed publications, and other media, as well as examples of prior FDA warning letters and violations cited under the FD&C Act.
