Sensible idea for the USA to appoint Robert Storch to see how funds are being used in Ukraine, Poland had already appointed someone to do the same. This will allow Congress and the American people to see how funds are used. Regrettably, you are still not allowed to fire western weapons into Russia, but your aircraft acquisition program recently worked very well when that young pilot delivered a helicopter, so why not offer Russian fighter jet pilots $5M USD cash bounty for their intact plane + $1M for each functional Kinzhal missile + a bonus $1M delivery fee for each missile delivered directly through “the front window” of the Kremlin on the way out? Land in Helsinki to collect reward. That approach would be Russians reaching out to touch Russians and ought not to trigger the feared escalation. Slava Ukraini!
