Low carb zebra cake with quark and almond base

Here cheesecake dreams come true! This zebra cake with cottage cheese and almond base tastes very delicious. The low carb cake with zebra pattern not only looks great, it is also a low-carb treat!
👥 Servings:
8 people
🥗 Ingredients:
Base:
100 g almonds, ground
25 g coconut oil, liquid
Filling:
350 g curd
120 g cream cheese
2 eggs
vanilla, to taste
¼ tsp lemon zest
50 g xylitol
2 tbsp. baking cocoa
4 tbsp. milk
🍳 Instructions:
For the pastry base, mix liquid coconut oil with ground almonds in a bowl.
Pour into the springform pan, spread and press down well.
Place the springform pan in the refrigerator.
Mix curd, cream cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest and xylitol in a bowl.
Remove half of the cheese mixture and place in a separate bowl.
Color one half with baking cocoa and stir in milk.
Remove the springform pan from the refrigerator.
Alternate light and dark blobs of the cheese mixture in the center of the springform pan.
Continue making the striped pattern until all the cheese mixture is used up.
Bake the Zerbrakuchen at 170°C for 60-70 minutes.
With the oven door open, let the cake stand for 10 minutes.
Then let cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
Tip
If the cheese mixture is too firm, you can add a little milk.
