My Italian grandfather didn’t cook however my grandmother had 4 girls in America. I remember helping and watching them in the kitchen in the basement. They’d cook every Sunday at Grandmas house. Pasquale brings back those memories. Salute to you and to life! Dio Benedico! Salute e tutti noi

I remember the first time I spent Holy Week/Easter/Pasqua/Pascha with non-Italian-and/or-Greek people (I think they were Irish or or Scottish or something)... I thought they were really weird for cooking ham, and they thought I was really weird for expecting to have lamb... Turns out that ham is perfectly normal to eat on Easter in the USA and Canada and UK etc, but in my family it was always lamb for Easter/Pasqua... This dish he's cooking looks delicious!
