Thank you all for those that tuned into the premiere!

@esau Sanchez -- no, you shouldn't bulk if you are skinny fat imho.

Tyler, your content is amazingly applicable to someone who currently weights 135 too. I also like the science based approach and form tips. Massively helpful to come across on my instagram feed.

Why y'all hating and crying? The advice is 100% correct tho. Still, it's his decision if he wants to bulk or not. Everyone has their own goal. Lifting is not all about body building u kids.

If I looked like Tyler at 135, I would never want to bulk either. With that being said, measuring your food for a while can help you be able to eyeball your calories better, whether bulking OR cutting.

i like food to much i also like moving heavy weight and i don't have self image issues so i chose to bulk and cut down when needed

I use measuring cups to measure out my food instead of a scale and I'm down 13 lbs in 4.5 weeks. If you get a good feel for volume and you round up you can just eyeball calories better than people expect. And guess what I'm going to be 210lbs in 1.5 weeks from 213, I started 4.5 weeks ago at 226lbs. You just need to not cheat yourself.

Don't worry about the fat gain u can easily maintain the weight u bulked to and recomp the fat off but it will take a couple of months 2-4 but u will have so much more muscle

I feel like only gaining 1% weight per month on a clean bulk is a VERY clean bulk. Only +1.5lbs weight gain in a month for a 150 lb lifter is almost nothing. Imagine bulking (clean) for a year and only going from 150 lbs to 168 lbs. I think 2% weight gain per month is a more typical clean bulk target. Just my opinion.

I have been working out consistently for about 2 years and I have gained muscle (I’m pretty skinny and 6’1”), I’ve noticed changes within a month or 2. Also I haven’t done serious dieting or take supplements. (I do eat pretty healthy by default, but still have some less nutritious unhealthy things every once in a while because of GERD.)So I’ve been thinking of bulking, but I don’t want it to go wrong. Also I’m keeping everything all natural.

Most likely, eating more even while exercising will inevitably add some fat.

Dude you look so familiar to a guy I knew from Thailand. He also took on bodybuilding some time ago. Any chance that you were in the Dominican Republic in 2017/2018??
