I used base 19 with 3 archers, 1 valkyrie and 1 baby drag cc and a th9 attacked me with 8 pekkas(level 3) and only got one star (54%) I reccomend base 19

19 for my village base, and 14 for my war base, very good bases!

For me the best base is #19 because when it comes to defence, I rely on CC which is effective, 1 Drag+ 1 wiz and 1 Archer.
