Strategic planning is the process of defining a strategy, or direction, and making decisions on how to allocate the resources of the organization (capital and people) to pursue this strategy. Successful organizations engage in this core business process on an ongoing basis. The strategic plan serves as the road map that provides the organization direction and aligns resources. The process involves several sequential steps that focus on the future of the firm.

I can remember then the company that I worked for had the, 'personal department'. Now, it seems that most companies have change the name of that department to, 'the department of human resources'. Doesn't seem a big deal, but it actually is. To consider it's employees to be a, 'human resource', most assuredly implies that the company regards its employees to be nothing more than a commodity to bought and sold. I would really love to discover when, actually this name change took place and which company was the first to incorporate it. The globalists have a huge amount of contempt toward the working class and as of recently, have not been afraid to let it out into the open. I find this to be most interesting as, without the working class, the elites would have absolutely nothing. Some conspiracy theories may be very true, however they have not become accepted as truth. Well, it's no conspiracy theory that the rich keep themselves separated from the rest of us, are full of hubris, believe that there is a set of laws for them and a different let of laws for the rest of us. This has become a very serious problem, one that must be rectified.
