Hope your day is good. Gurl... I'm a financial advisor for a bank and writing this as I am sitting in front of my desk working from home ( I work from I see this all of the time. Take your money. But be careful. Make sure the titling say "or", you can go into the bank and close the account and open a new account, but if the titling say "and", you both have to be in the bank to close it. I suggest that you take all of the money out, leave a 0.1or zero it out and let it close automatically as long as it doesn't have maintenance fees and if so, deal with that later and open another account. Also know too, as long as his name is on the account, by bank standards he can transfer take money out of the "joint account". But morally, ethically, he's trifling, he's preparring to bounce on your hard work.i would confront him AFTER you take care of business.I hope this helps.

You are his wife (im not married so i don't have much knowledge in that area) Divorce him please, if you taking money, I'm squaring up (violence is not the answer in a lot of cases but this on may just be the day of luck)

He not even about to make it home because im pulling up on him. Asking where my money at. Before you confront him since its already a delay with that part. Switch everything into your name, and put lock/pin codes on all the accounts (if possible). Empty out the joint account.

So I’ve been married since 2012 and I’ve been handling the house payments since then . He works and keeps 150 for his week next 2 weeks . Until next check and I will handle all the payments since I’m a stay at home mom that works by commission so I make money every other time . My husband had hidden money from me multiple times, sometimes he pretends we are broke when I know he has like 400 in the account.... And I’ve caught him and confronted him about it because when I put my money in or have any money I tell him and we use it . I don’t understand why hide it !?! Or why even pretend and tell me we have no money yet he has like 400 I’m his account. I would like to know if I am over reacting, I honestly think it’s fucked up to even tell me we are broke and I know he isn’t !!!! I’m lost and dont know if I should move on because I hate it and he knows it and continues to do it .!!!! Can someone help me !

Divorce may not be the clever solution cause you may have to split all your earnings in half. I would open a couple's/shared bank account where i put the amount of money need to cover the common expenses (rent, bills, food, etc). But keep your personal account to yourself with your earnings; he doesnt have to have access to it or know how much you earn or what you buy to yourself. After you do that, confront him with the money he stole. Take it back and fight for it.
