Because Korean team (started with T1) knows how it's works, they know how to engage with fans, look at their content, they made the players looks like an idol, which is a good things for the organisation, you get more fans, means more sponsorship, means more money to keep your team afloat.

While western team doesn't bother doing those kind of things, at all.
