I voted Reform and will continue to do so, five MPs now, a good start, now get out and vote in local elections, vote Reform, 14 years of Tory misrule, and 5 weeks of Labour farce

Hi Andy Thanks you,
I find your little chats are quit refreshing and informative.
Regards your info on the age of voters and younger voters. I come from an older age group who went to the pub on a Wednesday night just to find out what was happening on Friday night.
I think the new Generation who transfer information and make decisions at a very fast rate would very much like to vote. If the voting system was very simple

Just sat by the pool catching up with my favourite YouTubers. Won't be long until you hit 100K. Keep going. 🙂

I not only voted Reform but canvassed and leafleted for our local candidate too, I was also a teller on election night, and I will continue to promote them until they get the keys to No.10. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 we need PR. 🇬🇧

10 years ago I would always advocate getting yourself educated. Now I would advocate keeping the kids out of school and educating them yourself if you’re capable.

Any one who didn't vote got Sadiq Khan and Keir Stalin. You must vote to keep a party OUT, not to bring a Party IN. Voting is not an emotional spasm. We will probably never get a free and fair election again. Have we thrown our own Democracy and freedom down the drain? We are going to reap what we sow, because we couldn't be bothered to vote, or take any interest in what our politicians were doing.

I am a 56 yrs young brit without a uni education but still not nieve to politics I was made aware of politics at a family level which I have brought with me to my own family and they all have their own open minded view to all the parties and are encouraged to make their own decisions based on their views !!

Andy,
Really appreciate your down to earth approach to our current politics.
I've 'come out' as a Reform UK supporter, but I understand the reticence of some to do the same.
Time will tell.
If Reform UK manage to legitimise their party & structure further, then support will grow, and supporters will feel less worried about demonstrating their preference in public.
... continued ...

I wonder what election results would look like if we were given the ability to vote for one candidate, AND against another?

I don’t trust reform but if I can vote out Labour and the conservatives I will, from local councils and MPs, this country has fallen

i have been saying something is wrong the moment the Japanese emperor was treated to a state banquet and it was not rishi sunak that sat next to the king but starmer. then remember they said the postal vote had gotten mucked up. they say only 60% voted yet reform had 4 million votes. i dont do mathes well, but it doesnt sound right.
