So, this DLC is set in the past because in the original game, we already have the axe. We're going to have another DLC because, in the game's ending, you can go to the Pool of Prophecy, where we can see everything in the Haven of the Ancients, which is now destroyed and in ruins

Feels like this disagrees with the existing story. I thought the protagonist was a heretic and only recruited because he was the strongest. So he received salvation, but was not noble before then.
