As a black woman, I work hard to be the best version of MYSELF regardless of my skin colour, and I have often faced bullying in the work place mostly from these narcissistic "women of colour" who mostly ride on their colour race card. If you're not qualified for the job, you're not qualified, period. Nothing to do with your skin colour. It's also NO excuse to bully others because of your own insecurities. A toxic work environment can damage your health. I'd leave too.
