Guys I need help I bought kaya fig shade and have only used it for a week now but not that much and already I think it’s empty? Like there’s still product left but when I try to pull the product up by twisting the product it just makes this weird sound and doesn’t move at all..like it’s all stuck and won’t come up so I can’t get anything out
