Can I pre-heat this oven while on my way home from work by using the WiFi feature?

I need serious help on how to operate this oven. The instructions are vague. Why is there such a blast of extreme hot air blowing out when you open the door ? 2x I’ve burn my face because I went to check on the meat I was cooked like I’ve always have open the door then BAM. Makes no sense. Our old range never did that.
