Option 3: Use the help of third party, recruit that one extrovert so they correct people for you

If THIS is the biggest problem in your life, you're living a really comfortable life.

That's why if I misgender someone, I just let my Midwestern out. "He's been- ope, they've been-"

I relate to this fiercely. I've even been so scared of the family drama that most of the time I say I'm she/her anyway.

You forgot option 3. You do tell them your pronouns and gender identity. Then they forget and always misgender you, or purposely always misgender you. But either way, they do not apologize or correct themselves, ever.
So then you have to debate whether you're going to correct them or not.

Option 3: wearing pronoun pin yet no-one takes notice so you still get misgendered every 2 seconds

This is why I am not nonbinary it’s to much work and also because I was born a girl and that what I will stay for the rest of my life but you go they them idk I’m sorry I don’t know what to call you but you are an amazing person and I respect you

For me I don’t correct and explain they/them pronouns unless that person is going to be in my life for a long period of time. I mean it does bother me sometimes when strangers misgender me but some people perceive me as a man others perceive me as a woman. Like its 50/50 and that makes me happy even though it’s not my goal. It’s good to keep in mind nobody’s perception of you matters, The only person‘s perception you should care about is your own. It’s also good to keep in mind that it happens to cis people too, misgendering I mean

I’m actually glad that my parents probably would have leveled me out if I was this self centered, attention seeking & delusional. This is the problem with kids these days.

I love when narcissists say they don't want attention.

You just viably described me with option 1. How?- 😭😭

Option one but I actually use all pronouns so I don’t mind

tell them in a matter of fact way. if they forget, it is ok. people are human and make mistakes. if they apologize, instead of being upset, be grateful they are trying and care enough to do so. Acceptance of others is KEY

Misgendered a classmate by accident a few months ago and it keeps me up at night. They looked so sad and the more I tried to fix the situation and move on the worse they felt. I still feel so fucking horrible about it

that’s why i don’t meet anyone new. yes, the first couple months after i come out they accidentally misgender me, but overtime it gets better. unless you’re meeting new ppl everyday??
but i usually keep to myself so.. i dont meet anyone new daily and i like wearing a style that makes ppl go “idk what gender they are” so they naturally use the right pronouns. idk?

I really wish pronouns were the most stressful thing about my day

Ppl really get offended by being “misgendered” what has this world came to

I'm not non binary but everyone assumes my pronouns are she/her and I'm to awkward to correct them. So yeah option 1
